Galway city is worth a visit, a perfect city to enjoy a walk, scenic, friendly, busy with great shopping, restaurant and pubs with live music.

One to two hour boat tours of Galway Bay with a talk on the history of Galway city.  Another option is a trip out the famous Aran islands, weather permitting.

Take a drive out of the city along the Wild Atlantic Way, beautiful scenery for example the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Ailwee Caves while stopping in beautiful villages like Kinvara, Doolin, Ennis and more.  You will really need your camera for this.  Trust me!!
